A service business connected from first click to final payment.
LibertyUAV.com markets the company and captures project interest. Behind it, a custom CRM and the client portal at pay.libertyuav.com keep customer records, invoices, payments, statements, reminders, and bookkeeping connected in one working business system.
One connected system, from lead to payment.
The public website creates demand and trust; the custom CRM and payment portal carry the customer relationship through billing and bookkeeping.
01 / The challenge
Making the problem clear.
Liberty UAV offers more than attractive aerial footage. The business serves construction teams, commercial real estate, dealerships, fishing organizations, local businesses, and brands. It needed a public website that could explain that range clearly, plus a dependable way to manage the customer relationship after someone reached out. Generic forms, disconnected customer notes, invoice tools, and payment links would create unnecessary handoffs and duplicate work.
02 / The build
Designing the whole experience.
I organized the public site around customer needs, then built dedicated service pages, commissioned-work case studies, a filterable portfolio, local market pages, testimonials, FAQs, and focused inquiry paths. I also built a connected CRM and billing platform for the operational side of the business. Customer records can be reused across invoices and communications, while pay.libertyuav.com gives customers a branded place to look up invoices and pay securely. The admin side handles invoice status, reminders, statements, online and manual payments, expenses, and bookkeeping without forcing the business into several unrelated tools.
03 / The result
The finished result.
Liberty UAV now has more than a marketing website. It has a connected system that can attract a customer, establish credibility, capture an inquiry, maintain the customer record, create and deliver an invoice, collect payment, follow balances, and track the financial activity behind the work. The CRM and pay.libertyuav.com turn the website into part of the day-to-day business operation instead of a standalone brochure.
