These are the standard service terms behind Signal Mode's published pricing. You'll always see and approve the exact scope, price, commitment, and billing schedule before work begins.

Website prices are starting points. The final scope, price, deposit, payment schedule, and launch requirements are provided in a written proposal before work begins. Hosting, domain registration and renewal, business email, and other third-party services are not included unless specifically listed.
The commitment rate is $149 per month for up to two hours of maintenance and requires a 12-month agreement. Flexible month-to-month service is $199 per month with 30 days’ notice to cancel. Maintenance is available only for websites created by Signal Mode. Unused time does not roll over.
Work beyond the included monthly maintenance time is billed at $85 per hour in 30-minute increments, with approval before it begins. Larger additions, new pages, integrations, or redesigns may require a separate quote.
Published social-posting rates include account connection, setup, and onboarding with a three-month initial agreement. After the initial term, service continues month-to-month with 30 days’ notice to cancel. Flexible month-to-month service is available at the selected monthly rate plus a one-time $299 setup fee.
Plans cover up to three connected social profiles. Each placement on each platform counts toward the monthly post total. Unused posts do not roll over. Custom content creation, original filming, advertising spend, stock media, software fees, comments, messages, and account engagement are not included unless separately quoted.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate account access, brand information, supplied content, and timely approvals. Generic AI-assisted posts are provided for review before scheduling. Delayed access, content, or approval can affect the publishing schedule and does not extend the monthly service period.
Recurring services are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and automatically renew until canceled under the applicable agreement. Failed or overdue payments may pause work or scheduled publishing until the account is current. Any approved one-time or out-of-scope work is invoiced separately.
